Respect for Others’ Property

The LCDA has been made aware of a few individuals who have taken liberties by using other’s private lakeside facilities, such as docks, swim areas, water toys, etc., without asking the owner’s permission.  Owners of these facilities, on top of being displeased by people using their property, are concerned that they could potentially be held liable for injuries resulting from mishaps involving this equipment.  We would ask that anyone using the lake, please respect the property of others.  This is the courteous thing to do, and will mitigate the chances of disputes between lake users.  Thank you for your consideration and cooperation.
