The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped for small groups or commercial caterers. It is the brainchild of a leading local chef who also offers catering services. It has a Food Establishment Permit issued by the Nova Scotia Dept. of Agriculture. This spacious facility meets most of the requirements to prepare and serve just about type of food. Should there be the need to have even more extensive facilities, an outdoor electrical outlet is available for connecting catering trailers. Access to the main hall is by either a convenient doorway for servers or by way of a roll up door with a built in serving counter. The kitchen is directly connected via double doors to the community room.

There is copious working and counter space for kitchen staff and cupboards filled with most of the dishes, cutlery, utensils, cookware, etc. that will allow users to prepare anything from beverages and snacks for attendees at a meeting, to a hearty meal for a hungry crowd, to fine dining for special occasions such as wedding receptions.
